ENHANCING EMPLOYMENT OF HIGHER EDUCATION GRADUATES

The «Enhancing employment of higher education graduates» program of the New NSRF 2014-2020 is about funding with , 100% subsidy (from 5.000 € to 25.000 €),graduates, over 25, unemployed or freelancers for the pursuit of a professional activity related to their specialty.

1. Purpose
The objective of the «Enhancing employment of higher education graduates» program of the New NSRF 2014-2020 is to increase employment by creating new jobs by funding higher education graduates, over 25, unemployed or freelancers for exercising professional activity related to their specialty.

2. Aid Categories
The «Enhancing employment of higher education graduates» program of the New NSRF 2014-2020 refers to all regions of the country.

The incentive payment that will be provided by the program «Enhancing employment of higher education graduates» of the New NSRF 2014-2020 will involve grant 100% of the total investment of the company, for a period of 24 months from the start of its work.

3. Assisted enterprises
In the framework of the «Enhancing employment of higher education graduates» program of the New NSRF 2014-2020 there are supported higher education graduates, over 25, who at the time of application are:

  1. Unemployed with an OAED unemployment card
  2. Freelancers who will operate or operate a business as a sole proprietor, in an activity related to their specialty.

The occupational activities that will be financed by the Programme indicative are: Doctors, Dentists, Veterinarians, Physiotherapists, Biologist, Psychologist, Midwife, Lawyer, Architect, Engineer, Land Surveyor, Chemist, Agronomist, Geology,Forestry, Oceanography, Designer, Journalist, Author, Interpreter, Guide, Translator, Professor or Teacher, Sculptor or Painter or Cartoonist or Engravings Artist, Actor, Music, Dancer, Choreographer, Director, Set Designer, Costume Designer, Decorator, Economist, Analyst, Programmer, firms Researcher or Consultant , Accountant or tax Consultant, Actuary, Sociologists and Social workers, etc.

4. Eligible expenditure
The eligible expenditure of the «Enhancing employment of higher education graduates» program of the New NSRF 2014-2020 is about:

  1. Professional equipment (in the form of depreciation).
  2. Operating costs (rents workplace, social security contributions, costs of services of general interest).
  3. Display-promotion and networking costs.
  4. Wage labor costs (in case of a staff recruitment).
  5. Third party fees ( Accountant, lawyer, etc.).
  6. General equipment, office supplies etc.

 

5. Investment amount
The amount of each project in the «Enhancing employment of higher education graduates» program of the New NSRF 2014-2020 will range between 5.000 € – 25.000 €.

6. Aid rate
The subsidy rate in the p«Enhancing employment of higher education graduates» program of the New NSRF 2014-2020 will amount to 100% of the investment will be provided in the form of a grant.

7. Duration of projects
The duration of implementation of approved investment projects will not exceed twenty-four (24) months from the date of the approval decision of the business plan.

8. Programme budgeting
The budget of the «Enhancing employment of higher education graduates» program of the New NSRF 2014-2020 amounts to € 50 million. (Expected to be announced two rounds of € 25 m. Each for 2015 and 2016 respectively).

9. Timetable
The timetable of the«Enhancing employment of higher education graduates» program of the New NSRF 2014-2020 considers the following:

  1. Advance publication of a contract notice: September 2015.
  2. Tender intermediary selection procedure: October 2015.
  3. Notice – Submissions proposals 1st cycle: December 2015 – March 2016.
  4. Inclusions of 1st cycle and start of implementation: June 2016.
  5. Investment completion: 24 months from the start.

 

10. Submission of applications
Investment proposals of the «Enhancing employment of higher education graduates» program of the New NSRF 2014-2020 will be submitted electronically in a certain time (to be announced in the notice of the program) in a special Information System.
